Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own functional and architectural solution direction across several concurrent Oracle engagements.
- Orchestrate functional, technical, data, and AI-enabled workstreams and translate customer outcomes into Tessera platform solutions.
- Lead pre-sales solution definition, opportunity shaping, Oracle solution proposals, and statements of work.
- Drive customer platform adoption by defining, measuring, and improving adoption outcomes.
- Provide field feedback and Oracle domain knowledge to Tessera product and platform R&D teams.
- Shape engagement staffing and workforce planning using evidence about required skills, duration, and capacity.
- Lead customer and partner conversations with business, finance, technical, and architecture stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Program Managers, sales teams, customer architects, and distributed delivery teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise transformation experience with an Oracle foundation, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and E-Business Suite or JD Edwards.
- Several end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations spanning new implementations, migrations, and phased coexistence approaches.
- Broad experience across Oracle process areas such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Portfolio Management.
- Experience owning solutioning through enterprise software and services sales cycles, including scope, approach, effort, risk, and subsequent delivery.
- Proven ability to orchestrate delivery teams across functional, technical, and data workstreams on multiple engagements.
- Strong customer-facing presence and experience driving adoption beyond go-live.
- Technical architecture knowledge covering integration patterns, data architecture, Oracle Cloud landscapes, OIC, OCI, Visual Builder, PaaS extensions, FBDI, HDL, and non-Oracle integrations.
- Experience leading distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience across multiple Oracle enterprise suites, Oracle Fusion Cloud transition paths, EPM, HCM, Fusion Data Intelligence/Analytics, AI or automation tooling, Oracle PartnerNetwork, OUM, and Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, or German language skills.
