Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack web features using Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into functional features in collaboration with the implementation project team.
- Configure application user interfaces and workflows.
- Develop integration components such as SSO and LDAP connections with multiple HR systems.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Provide timely task updates to management to support proactive customer communication.
- Contribute to support-related needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience with web technologies and SaaS environments.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven experience in technical consulting roles.
- Preferred: 7 or more years working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Preferred: ServiceNow accreditations across all product lines and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM certification.
- Preferred: experience with an additional ServiceNow product line beyond ITSM.
- Preferred: knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO, and related technologies.
- Preferred: experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum ITBM methodology.
- Strong written, interpersonal, presentational, communication, listening, and ownership skills.
