Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of infrastructure and developer tooling.
- Own and deliver large, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end.
- Architect and optimize AWS infrastructure for reliability and performance.
- Set technical direction and best practices for infrastructure and DevEx.
- Act as a technical leader for complex infrastructure challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, platform, and security teams.
- Drive innovation through experimentation with AI-powered tools.
- Continuously improve system reliability and developer productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development or Infrastructure Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with Ruby, and familiarity with Golang or Python is a plus.
- Strong understanding of containerized systems and distributed architectures.
- Demonstrated impact on improving developer experience at scale.
- Expertise in observability, reliability, and incident response practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating on projects.
- AI fluency and ability to leverage automation to improve workflows.
