Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade systems for capacity planning and demand management.
- Implement and maintain models for infrastructure demand forecasting.
- Develop algorithms to optimize resource utilization across various computing resources.
- Architect and maintain data pipelines for infrastructure telemetry and demand signals.
- Build systems to translate resource plans into tangible outcomes.
- Collaborate with Simulation, Infrastructure, and Finance teams on technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems.
- Proficiency in C++ or Python for building and deploying production-level software.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong background in quantitative methods like optimization and statistical modeling.
- Expertise in SQL and working with large-scale data warehouses.
