Base Salary
$82k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for defined business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, object configurations, and other declarative capabilities.
- Support REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Perform unit testing, support system and integration testing, resolve defects, and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, product owners, and other cross-functional teams.
- Follow enterprise governance, security, and release management processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and standard platform capabilities.
- Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions with guidance.
- Degree or equivalent experience and typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes Service Cloud case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Sales Cloud leads and opportunities, MuleSoft or similar integration tools, Agile/Scrum teams, Gearset, Azure DevOps, CRM data migration, Salesforce AI capabilities, and large enterprise or regulated environments.
