Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build state-of-the-art document processing infrastructure.
- Design novel LLM techniques for complex use cases.
- Monitor and evaluate existing models in production.
- Run experiments to improve model performance.
- Create multimodal models for document layout awareness.
- Develop a self-correcting system that improves over time.
Requirements
- Experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on document processing.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and their applications.
- Ability to creatively solve complex problems.
- Experience with data pipelines and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with QA processes for AI outputs.
