Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build state-of-the-art document-processing infrastructure and applied AI product features
- Build QA agents, optimizer agents, self-correcting systems, and other AI workflows
- Create multimodal models for document layout awareness and novel chunking strategies for long documents
- Build data pipelines and evaluate model performance
- Monitor models in production, identify issues, and run experiments to improve results
- Design novel LLM techniques for increasingly complex use cases and data streams
- Own significant product and engineering areas while working with customers and company leadership
Requirements
- Creative problem-solving and interest in applying the latest AI research to real-world customer problems
- Ability to design LLM techniques, monitor production models, and run experiments to improve performance
- Willingness to take ownership of large areas of product and engineering
- Interest in working directly with customers and helping build an early-stage team
