Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience designing and configuring enterprise-level planning and budgeting applications.
- Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management in Oracle Planning and Budgeting environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
