Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Integrate business process requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to align software solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience integrating business process requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Influencing, advisory, and subject-matter-expert capabilities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
