Responsibilities
- Design and build data engineering frameworks, reusable components, templates, and best practices for large-scale AI-ready Data Products.
- Extend data engineering frameworks to enable AI agents to discover and consume Data Products at scale.
- Build AI assistants that accelerate Data Product development and operations.
- Deliver solution designs, technical guidelines, frameworks, and services incrementally with an agile team.
- Provide actionable technical guidance and promote engineering excellence practices among team peers.
- Collaborate with product owners and users to shape desired features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated data engineering experience building enterprise-quality Data Products, preferably using Lakehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD frameworks, including the ability to establish robust pipelines at scale.
- Proficiency with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, or equivalent technologies.
- Knowledge of agentic AI and frameworks such as LangGraph, MCP, and A2A.
- Knowledge of industry-standard cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
- Ability to provide actionable technical guidance and implement engineering excellence practices.
