Responsibilities
- Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering production-grade generative AI services.
- Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent integration, and knowledge graph architecture.
- Integrate AI-agent services across owned websites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer applications.
- Navigate and leverage the Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams on AI/ML and computer vision architecture decisions.
- Ensure adherence to GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK, Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent integration, and knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
- Strong background building and operating productized generative AI services.
