Responsibilities
- Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering production-grade GenAI services.
- Define technical architecture, agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent integration, and knowledge graphs.
- Integrate AI agents across owned sites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer applications.
- Leverage Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Salesforce enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams on AI/ML and computer vision architecture.
- Ensure adherence to GCP architecture, Google ADK, Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
- Strong background building and operating productized GenAI services.
Benefits
