Responsibilities
- Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering production-grade GenAI services.
- Define and drive agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
- Integrate AI agent solutions across Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Drive technical architecture for AI agents spanning websites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer apps.
- Ensure adherence to GCP architecture, Google ADK, Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Support internal engineering capability through pair programming and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
- Strong background building and operating productized GenAI services.
Benefits
