Responsibilities
- Design and build data engineering frameworks, reusable components, templates, and best practices for AI-ready Data Products.
- Extend data engineering frameworks so AI agents can discover and consume Data Products at scale.
- Build AI-assisted tools that accelerate Data Product development and operations.
- Set up robust version-control and CI/CD pipelines at scale.
- Provide actionable solution designs, technical guidance, and engineering excellence practices to agile team peers.
- Collaborate with product owners, users, and international agile team members to shape and incrementally deliver frameworks and services.
Requirements
- Successful data engineering experience building enterprise-quality Data Products, preferably in a Lakehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in Python development.
- Proficiency with version control systems and CI/CD frameworks, including GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Proficient knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, or equivalent technologies.
- Proficient knowledge of agentic AI and frameworks such as LangGraph, MCP, and A2A.
- Proficient knowledge of microservices technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to provide actionable technical guidance and implement engineering excellence practices among agile peers.
