Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation platforms for complex systems.
- Develop diagnostic and validation tools across production and QA environments.
- Enable end-to-end automated testing for business logic and system performance.
- Support agentic and AI-driven testing workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Improve reliability by reducing testing time and preventing production issues.
- Help evolve testing strategy during platform re-architecture, including an OMS SaaS migration.
Requirements
- 4+ total years of experience in technically rigorous environments.
- 2+ years of experience in SDET or test architecture roles with a strong software engineering emphasis.
- Ability to design diagnostic tools and testing infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Exposure to agentic systems or autonomous testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with low-latency systems and performance optimization.
- Preferred: experience building complex test automation platforms from scratch.
- Preferred: OMS or similar platform experience.
- Preferred: understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with distributed systems, data platforms, financial systems, AI/ML testing tools, or trading and portfolio systems.
