Base Salary
$72k - $212k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement quality standards across software development and testing processes.
- Identify and resolve software defects to improve performance and user experience.
- Conduct functional, compatibility, regression, data-validation, bias, and prompt/LLM response testing for AI-enabled applications.
- Design and manage quality assurance processes, test strategies, cases, and protocols.
- Apply automation, documentation, risk-based testing, and software quality assurance methodologies.
- Use Selenium for browser automation and software testing.
- Interpret testing data to develop insights and recommendations.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve emerging issues.
- Build client relationships, manage expectations, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience is required.
- Experience designing and executing test strategies for AI-enabled applications is preferred.
- Experience evaluating probabilistic AI outputs, solution quality, model outputs, bias, and prompt/LLM responses is preferred.
- Proficiency in automation, test documentation, risk-based testing, quality assurance engineering, QA process design, and software quality assurance is preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex client relationships, anticipate team and client needs, and work through change and ambiguity is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $72,000-$184,440; Washington residents have a salary range of $72,000-$212,000.
- Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
