Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI systems for service businesses.
- Ship features rapidly, often with weekend sprints.

- Own critical product features from design to deployment.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of backend engineering experience, preferably in early-stage startups.
- Exceptional coding fundamentals and comfort with complex technical problems.
- Proven track record of building impressive systems or products.
- Ability to master an existing codebase and contribute within 48 hours.
- Strong product sense and customer empathy.
- Architectural judgment to build robust, scalable systems.
