Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture design and technical strategy for strategic digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Translate business goals and industry challenges into scalable, secure, and technically viable solution architectures.
- Define architecture frameworks, technology stacks, integration models, deployment strategies, and architectural standards.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making across multiple initiatives.
- Develop reusable accelerators, solution frameworks, reference architectures, and technology assets.
- Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Evaluate emerging technologies across generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, and advanced data architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, domain consultants, presales teams, data teams, AI teams, cloud teams, engineering teams, and delivery teams.
- Lead customer-facing workshops, technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and solution presentations.
- Communicate architectural vision, recommendations, design rationale, and technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Assess solution feasibility, risks, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability.
- Contribute to thought leadership, innovation initiatives, industry-focused solutions, and differentiated service offerings.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering roles.
- Strong expertise leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Expert ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and make business-oriented architecture decisions.
- Extensive experience designing and governing complex enterprise architectures, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integration ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, data platforms, data governance, data integration, analytics, scalability, security, and enterprise data management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, agentic workflows, AI integration patterns, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Proven expertise defining technology roadmaps, architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Strong engineering background with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility and guide implementation teams.
- Experience making architecture decisions, evaluating technologies, and managing technical trade-offs across enterprise initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, scalability, reliability, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to create solution blueprints, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and technology accelerators.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Automotive domain knowledge in connected vehicles, customer experience, digital retail, dealer ecosystems, aftersales, mobility solutions, or related areas is highly desirable.
