Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve solution architecture within the Agile Release Train.
- Translate business needs and product requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple teams.
- Define and prioritize architectural enablers, technical dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs, identify technical risks, and drive technical decisions.
- Support integration across systems, components, and platforms, including interoperability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Design technical solutions for new business opportunities, RFPs, and customer proposals.
- Participate in customer workshops, technical presentations, and solution-defense discussions.
- Help develop technical capabilities, reference architectures, accelerators, AI capabilities, and differentiated service offerings.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital engineering or IT, with a strong background in solution architecture or technical leadership.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and complex solution architectures, including system integration and enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies, preferably with hands-on experience in Agile Release Train environments and PI Planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, assess architectural trade-offs, and drive technical decisions across multiple teams.
- Experience with presales activities, technical solution design, RFPs, and customer-facing presentations or workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to AI capabilities, reference architectures, and technical innovation is considered a plus.
- Previous experience within the life sciences domain is considered an advantage.
