Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications aligned with business goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- Build and optimize RAG solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, and Weaviate.
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to design scalable AI solutions, APIs, and microservices.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Establish and maintain MLOps practices using MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Support UAT, validate business requirements, and ensure successful AI solution implementation.
- Drive AI governance, model monitoring, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and capability building.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI Agents or Agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Generative AI are preferred.
