Responsibilities
- Own the system architecture roadmap and key technical decisions for a portfolio of SaaS solutions.
- Lead development teams through solution design, estimation, development, testing, and delivery.
- Design, develop, configure, support, and enhance secure, scalable, multi-tenant web and cloud applications.
- Develop generic, secure, and scalable RESTful services and APIs using clean code practices.
- Ensure application scalability and performance through appropriate architectural design.
- Plan projects, track progress, and adjust timelines and priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, dependencies, and impediments.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and promote technical best practices.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of web and cloud development experience.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing cloud SaaS multi-tenant systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies and services, including Application Gateway, queues, Azure Functions, and B2C.
- Expertise in backend architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
- Experience with C#, JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge or experience with Delphi is an asset.
- Life-cycle assessment domain knowledge is an asset.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
