Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.
- Mentor junior team members and share coding standards and design techniques.
- Conduct design and code reviews focused on quality, architecture, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, test, and improve customer software applications.
- Lead technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Produce application specifications, technical documentation, and supporting artifacts.
- Identify technical risks and gaps and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to improve C3 AI software.
- Work directly with customers and travel as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable area of study.
- At least five years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.
- Ability to hold or obtain and maintain SC or NATO security clearance for applicable defence programmes.
- Preferred: PhD in a STEM field or comparable area of study.
- Preferred: experience deploying enterprise-scale applications.
- Preferred: proficiency with JavaScript, Python, and Git or other version control software.
- Preferred: experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.
