Responsibilities
- Govern end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 delivery across batch, streaming, API, and Zero Copy ingestion patterns.
- Design data models, DMOs, relationships, identity resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, segmentation, and activation solutions.
- Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for Data 360 initiatives and lead solution design reviews.
- Guide teams in building, configuring, deploying, scaling, and governing Data Cloud solutions.
- Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, roadmaps, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, post-production optimization, and defect resolution.
- Support adoption of Agentforce, Einstein AI, Semantic Layer, Document AI, and other advanced Data Cloud capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience, including 8–10 years of Salesforce experience and 1–2 years of Data 360 implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, segmentation, activation, APIs, event data, and integration pipelines.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights, plus experience with JSON, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, permissions, event-based data, and customer engagement tracking.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Personalization, Marketing Cloud Journeys, Contact Builder, and activation flows.
- Experience leading technical teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Platform Data Architect certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education and experience working with enterprise customers are required.
