Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow AIOps infrastructure solutions for anomaly detection and reduced service disruption.
- Develop ServiceNow Agentic AI workflows that automate operational tasks and improve incident and request response times.
- Configure monitoring, event management, service mapping, dependency models, dashboards, and analytics in ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow AIOps with existing tools and data sources to improve root-cause identification and reduce manual work.
- Apply Experience Design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and efficient ServiceNow interfaces and forms.
- Document technical specifications, runbooks, and configuration standards for maintainable ServiceNow implementations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to validate platform capabilities under real-world workloads.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance on ServiceNow AIOps and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Assess emerging ServiceNow features and industry trends and recommend infrastructure automation improvements.
- Mentor peers on ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.
Requirements
- Six to ten years of infrastructure development experience with strong hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow AIOps configuration, customization, and operations.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Agentic AI, including automated workflow design and intelligence-driven operational responses.
- Experience applying Experience Design principles to ServiceNow interfaces and forms.
- Strong skills in scripting, relational data models, and integration techniques within ServiceNow.
- Practical experience with ServiceNow incident, problem, and change processes.
- Ability to collaborate with onsite and remote stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational excellence practices.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist AIOps.
