Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data and AI workloads.
- Automate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, and other cloud-native tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data-processing pipelines.
- Define and estimate implementation work for data and AI systems.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for DevOps and Data & AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data and AI clusters, jobs, and workflows.
- Support knowledge sharing, workshops, proofs of concept, product demonstrations, and other team initiatives.
Requirements
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure Key Vault, VNET, Storage Accounts, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor.
- Knowledge of Terraform or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Python or Bash for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL concepts, and data orchestration.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Spark in Databricks, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and AI, prompt engineering, or LLM-based solutions.
- Strong collaboration, planning, delivery tracking, reporting, and stakeholder-interaction skills.
