Responsibilities
- Drive customer outcomes by translating business needs into actionable technical approaches.
- Build and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Deliver iterative, high-impact solutions while operating effectively in ambiguity.
- Engage senior stakeholders, build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
- Tailor solutions using industry and customer context.
- Prepare and transition work to FDE crews with clear scope and technical direction.
- Navigate complex account dynamics and drive urgency, accountability, and continuity across engagements.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5+ years of data-science experience; or a master’s degree plus 7+ years; or a bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing project-delivery, professional-services, and/or consulting experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: doctorate plus 8+ years, master’s plus 10+ years, or bachelor’s plus 12+ years of data-science experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
