Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of large-scale software products, including functional design, mathematical modeling, architecture, analysis, and programming.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain optimization algorithms integrated into applications.
  • Document and test software developments for quality and long-term sustainability.
  • Provide technical support to development and project teams using the Algorithms team’s functionality.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in computer science, software engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, or a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant academic or industry experience.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly C++.
  • Experience with Windows environments and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of operations research, including LP/MILP modeling and solving, column generation, and metaheuristics.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in French.
