Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture and design decisions for the AI Private Banker platform.
Build and maintain Flutter mobile applications for seamless conversational AI experiences.
Design and implement distributed backend services for recommendation engines and real-time personalization.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to create phased technical roadmaps.
Drive engineering best practices through code reviews and technical mentorship.
Own the technical strategy for a unified user experience across platforms.
Integrate AI/ML model outputs into consumer-facing applications.
Make technical trade-offs balancing innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.

Experience as a Staff Engineer or Senior Engineer shipping complex consumer-facing mobile applications.
Strong track record of designing and operating high-throughput, fault-tolerant backend services.
Proven ability to take complete technical ownership of a major product area.
Experience with data systems, APIs, and pipelines for AI/ML outputs.
Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.

Hybrid work model requiring office presence 2-3 times a week for team collaboration.
