Agent Deployment Architect (Columbus, OH)
Hippocratic AIResponsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead on client engagements and guide end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
- Bridge the engineering team and client stakeholders to support smooth implementations.
- Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
- Own onboarding, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and the broader technical deployment lifecycle.
- Partner with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
- Deep experience integrating healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, CRMs, or population health platforms.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7v2.
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations.
- Strong Python skills and comfort debugging and writing scripts are preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices is preferred.
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity, rapid execution, and building from scratch are preferred.
