Base Salary
$153k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define end-to-end system design and create blueprints for IVR and voice workflows.
- Build and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and develop custom application logic using AWS services.
- Validate the technical approach and ensure alignment with AWS best practices and client requirements.
- Architect and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and external systems like CRM and ERP.
- Act as a technical advisor on Amazon Connect capabilities and support solutioning teams.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on support to Application and Quality Engineers.
- Coordinate with Quality Engineers to ensure thorough testing of all experiences.
- Ensure clear communication between the delivery team, Project Manager, and client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in contact center solutions and at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable omnichannel CX solutions on Amazon Connect and AWS.
- Hands-on experience building custom agent experiences with the Amazon Connect Streams API.
- Deep experience architecting integrations between Amazon Connect and external systems.
- Proficiency in contact center reporting and analytics.
- Ability to lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
