Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and document Java-based software components according to requirements.
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, reviews, releases, and technical issue resolution.
- Write unit tests covering robustness, edge cases, and general reliability.
- Participate in peer reviews and create solution design documentation.
- Plan and support releases and collaborate with QA to maintain software quality.
- Work in a scaled Agile environment with globally distributed, multicultural teams.
Requirements
- Requires 5–8 years of experience, including at least 4 years working with Java, Spring, and optionally Quarkus.
- Experience with JAX-RS and Java API RESTful Web Services is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Spring Security, JWT, OAuth, certificates, digital signatures, encryption algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principles, and data structures and collections.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud providers or infrastructure, particularly GCP, and CI/CD tools.
- Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration skills are required.
