Responsibilities
- Analyze Treasury systems and design and develop Oracle-based data models and ETL processes using PL/SQL.
- Build scalable, high-volume reporting applications and backend components for real-time report generation, batch processing, and system integration.
- Deliver high-quality software through unit and integration testing, QA participation, ETL testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define data needs, make architectural decisions, and provide development estimates.
- Apply design patterns, automation, and continuous integration practices to evolve component architecture and engineering standards.
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting collaboration, consistent standards, and innovative techniques.
Requirements
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL and Java development expertise, including performance tuning and scalable reporting applications.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence architecture, design, and development.
- Experience with continuous integration, preferably TeamCity, and familiarity with Git Flow, JIRA, and defect management.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles, unit and integration testing, ETL testing, and backend development.
- Strong algorithmic, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Elastic MapReduce, DataFrames, Datasets, Impala, Hive, Spark Streaming, or Spark SQL is desirable.
- Knowledge of Finance, Risk, and Treasury technology platforms and liquidity, funding, capital, or collateral management is advantageous.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying responsible and ethical judgment to data and AI outputs.
