Responsibilities
- Build and improve applications used in real business environments.
- Work across both front-end and back-end components.
- Design and support applications running in AWS-based environments.
- Own problems through resolution, not just implementation.
- Improve existing systems and help design new ones.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with other engineers, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Help set the technical standard for quality and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and supporting production applications.
- Significant hands-on experience working in AWS environments.
- Understanding of application behavior beyond local development.
- Experience with systems requiring reliability and performance.
- Ability to independently work through complex technical problems.
- Experience supporting or mentoring other developers.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
