Base Salary
$144k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and help establish Netskope as the best solution for customer requirements.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solution to prospective customers, partners, and executive audiences.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and seminar presentations.
- Develop best practices, win strategies, evaluation test plans, and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value exercises.
- Gather customer technical requirements and manage evaluations through successful completion.
- Support regional customer success, resolve satisfaction issues, and escalate matters cross-functionally when needed.
- Provide customer and competitive feedback to Product Management and differentiate Netskope from competing solutions.
- Respond effectively to RFIs and RFPs.
- Work trade shows as necessary and travel heavily within the territory, with additional U.S. travel as required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a proven record of presenting technical information to executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and executive-influence skills.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM, MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on information security experience with web proxies, NGFWs, security gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPNs, SAML, SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Working knowledge of the threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology in simple terms.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes Python scripting, REST APIs, other cloud security vendors, and security or networking certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIP-ENT, GCIH, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, and related credentials.
- Agile Scrum or project management certifications such as CSPO, CSM, CSP, or PMP are desirable.
