Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical voice for multiple enterprise clients.
- Define and direct technical account strategies with the Enterprise Account Executive.
- Lead customers through evaluation, transformation, and adoption of Databricks solutions.
- Implement account technical strategies and align them with Databricks solutions.
- Build networks of technical champions within customer accounts.
- Lead virtual teams and coordinate hands-on resources building proofs of concept and product demonstrations.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members.
Requirements
- Experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud.
- Experience with data-driven business transformation and driving organizational change through data.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Ability to establish and lead virtual teams, build executive relationships, and influence important decision-makers.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
