Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks solutions.
- Implement technical strategies in alignment with client goals.
- Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales roles with large enterprises.
- Strong background in value selling and technical account management.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience with global accounts generating over $1 million ARR.
- Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
