Base Salary
$120k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize frontend experiences for user acquisition and activation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data analysts to enhance conversion rates.
- Leverage A/B testing and data-informed design to optimize user engagement.
- Mentor peers and influence the technical direction of the team.
- Work closely with backend engineers to create complete product experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience in frontend applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern TypeScript and JavaScript, especially React.
- Solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Next.js.
- Working knowledge of Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
- Strong grasp of frontend fundamentals like state management and accessibility.
- Experience integrating frontends with APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a codebase with shared patterns and collaborate across teams.
- Values craftsmanship, autonomy, and empathy in coding.
