Responsibilities
- Build and develop web applications using appropriate technologies.
- Make technical decisions and explain them clearly to business stakeholders and team members.
- Support creation and refinement of the product backlog.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, clients, and client teams.
- Design simple and scalable solutions and take ownership of project success.
- Write high-quality code with tests and participate in code reviews.
- Participate in technical interviews, client sales workshops, and constructive feedback activities.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Knowledge of good HTML and CSS practices, including CSS preprocessors.
- Ability to design simple and scalable solutions.
- Experience creating high-quality code together with tests.
- Polish and English language proficiency at B2+ level.
- Knowledge of good practices for cloud-based applications is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in FinTech, including banking, trading, or blockchain applications, is preferred.
- Interest in AI and the ability to contribute relevant knowledge and skills are preferred.
