Base Salary
$165k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-friction internal workflows and redesign them as AI-powered systems.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that connect to internal APIs and tools.
- Integrate LLMs into operational processes, ensuring reliability and security.
- Build observability and evaluation frameworks for AI agents in a regulated environment.
- Collaborate with product, operations, data, and compliance teams to define success metrics.
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade software systems autonomously.
- Strong Python skills and experience with event-driven or distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows and system integration.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deploying containerized services.
- Solid understanding of security, privacy, and data controls in regulated environments.
- Systems thinker with the ability to translate complex processes into scalable solutions.
- A genuine passion for using AI to create measurable operational impact.
