Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize scalable, high-performing software components.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and project decisions.
- Manage team activities, coordinate cross-functional communication, and support timely delivery.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Research and integrate technologies that improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance software components.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software engineering.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and efficient solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
