Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and integrate solutions for the Integration Services team.
- Develop enterprise web applications and integration services using coding best practices and non-functional considerations.
- Build integrations involving APIs, messaging, file transport, BPM-based tools, and industry-standard or proprietary formats.
- Participate in major technical upgrades and large technical initiatives.
- Manage assigned work across and outside the agile team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Understand user needs, propose optimized solutions, anticipate risks, and drive issue resolution across the organization.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills while working independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 6 years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot or Python, and JavaScript frameworks including Angular and/or React.js with Node.js.
- Experience with one or more of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, gRPC, Avro, and WebSocket protocols.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including technologies such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with unit-testing frameworks such as JUnit or Pytest.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenShift.
- Experience with build frameworks such as Maven, Gradle, Poetry, PDM, or Pipenv.
- Experience working in agile teams and understanding the agile model.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps/CI/CD, messaging platforms, file-transfer technologies, and AI code-assistant tools.
- Preferred messaging experience includes IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Preferred file-transfer experience includes SFTP, FTP, Samba, or MFT.
- Preferred experience with Copilot, Devin, or another AI code-assistant tool.
