Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve CI/CD processes and developer tooling to reduce manual work.
  • Own technical projects, designs, and solutions focused on quality, scalability, real-time processing, and availability.
  • Lead complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, partners, and customers.
  • Participate in planning, code reviews, and design discussions.
  • Drive software engineering best practices and create tooling that supports them.
  • Mentor and develop other engineers.
  • Conduct technical interviews and contribute to recruiting activities.
  • Travel as required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience leading and driving large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Buildkite, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with developer tooling and technologies such as Python and Docker.
  • Experience with build systems such as Bazel or CMake and compilers such as Clang, GCC, and NVCC.
  • Experience leading projects across multiple teams.
  • Preferred: 5+ years designing, building, and operating production systems at scale in the cloud.
  • Preferred: knowledge of automotive systems, ADAS, Motion Control, Automotive Networks, Powertrain, Ethernet, CAN, and LIN.
  • Preferred: experience with SAFe, Agile, globally distributed teams, QNX OS, QCC, Adaptive AUTOSAR, CppUTest, GoogleTest, and Jenkins plugins.
