Base Salary
$110k - $148k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create business requirements documents from client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Design, review, and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution architectures.
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms aligned with business requirements.
- Design integration strategies across technologies and systems to support communication and data flow.
- Resolve technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases.
- Provide architecture guidance to development teams and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify system risks, monitor performance, and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and documentation.
- Provide architectural insights for proposals and RFPs.
- Mentor teams and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Connect AI Agent, and Agent Assist capabilities.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentic Voice AI solutions for autonomous customer interactions.
- Knowledge of Assisted NLU, intent recognition, entity extraction, dialog orchestration, and conversational design.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, foundation models, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience architecting voice, chat, IVR, self-service, and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
- AWS experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, and networking services.
- Preferred experience with Knowledge Bases and RAG, real-time Agent Assist, contact center analytics and reporting, speech analytics and sentiment analysis, multi-agent orchestration, AI governance and responsible AI, and CI/CD and DevSecOps on AWS.
- Preferred experience integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
