Responsibilities
- Own the industry solution roadmap across S/4HANA, IBP, Analytics, and AI and prioritize development sequencing.
- Design end-to-end, market-ready solutions and productize delivery learnings into reusable assets.
- Partner with SAP on co-innovation, early-adopter programs, and roadmap alignment.
- Co-create and execute industry strategy with Market Heads, translating it into target-account and asset plans.
- Lead presales pursuits for large, complex SAP deals, including solution shaping, win themes, and executive presentations.
- Provide delivery support and architecture governance for flagship SAP programs.
- Manage and grow solution pods, including hiring, performance, career development, and retention.
- Coach solution leaders and drive cross-skilling through certifications and rotations.
- Represent Bristlecone externally at SAP events, analyst briefings, partner forums, and thought-leadership platforms.
- Communicate executive-level insights and portfolio status to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 14–20 years of experience, including at least 8 years in SAP-led business or supply-chain transformation.
- Deep expertise in at least two of S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP Analytics/Data, or enterprise AI.
- Proven experience building market-ready SAP assets, accelerators, or industry plays.
- Strong presales experience on large, complex SAP deals, including solution shaping and executive presentations.
- Delivery credibility as the lead architect of end-to-end SAP programs.
- In-depth knowledge of at least two target industries, such as manufacturing, consumer goods, or logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow senior technical or functional teams in matrix environments.
- Executive-level communication skills and proven CXO presentation experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA, IBP, Datasphere/SAC, or BTP are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or supply chain; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
