Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architectures for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define solutions addressing performance, capability, scalability, and integration needs.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Develop architectural best practices and standards across projects.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Manage and collaborate with the team as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience integrating diverse systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
