Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Azure-based integration solutions for banking platforms and enterprise applications.
- Design, configure, and oversee scalable MCP server architectures for secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant transaction processing.
- Develop Python integration services, automation scripts, and data-handling components.
- Gather technical requirements and lead solution design workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Drive code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to support stable production releases.
- Implement monitoring and observability for Azure integrations and MCP servers.
- Coordinate performance tuning, release planning, deployment activities, and structured change management.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, operations, support, product, and business stakeholders.
- Document integration runbooks and incident response procedures.
- Evaluate emerging Azure integration features and recommend platform improvements.
- Mentor team members on Azure integration patterns, MCP server configuration, and Python development.
Requirements
- Eight to ten years of experience guiding the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions.
- Extensive experience delivering Azure integration solutions using Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and API-based connectivity.
- Strong practical knowledge of MCP server design and configuration.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for integration services, automation utilities, and data-handling components.
- Understanding of Azure governance, security, and cost optimization practices.
- Experience or exposure to investment banking operations or brokerage processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across onsite and remote teams in a hybrid work model.
