Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own backend services that move institutional clients from application to first trade, including Unified Business Onboarding, KYC Refresh, and provisioning.
- Build onboarding automation for screening, risk scoring, and auto-provisioning.
- Design and implement the Organizations Service for institutional client data, data quality, entity uniqueness, and Salesforce decoupling.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Onboarding Ops, Identity, and Prime teams to deliver onboarding and access controls for new products.
- Shape roles, permissions, policies, and consensus within the access-control stack.
- Mentor engineers and improve technical and operational standards through design reviews, incident response, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend software engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining production services at scale.
- Production experience with Go or a similar language, gRPC/Protobuf, relational data stores, and observability tooling.
- Experience composing and scaling service-oriented architectures and writing well-tested, production-grade code.
- Experience in regulated, high-integrity domains such as identity, access control, KYC/AML, or financial onboarding.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
