Responsibilities
- Steer high-leverage projects to accelerate the development of Fraud Detection.
- Help define the 2+ year technical roadmap for the platform.
- Execute on a strategy to create world-class Fraud Detection systems.
- Mentor and collaborate with other technical contributors.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Fraud Detection meets stakeholder needs.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in the Fraud Detection space.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Strong experience in large-scale distributed systems and backend services.
- Expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python and Go.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and align stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to influence decisions across the organization.
- A proactive approach with a bias for action.
