Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technical decision-makers around enterprise AI/ML and generative AI architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, cost-effective, and production-grade AI solutions using AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct executive-level discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into technical architectures.
- Lead customer proof-of-concept implementations for AI solutions.
- Create technical content, reference architectures, and demonstrations for advanced AI implementations.
- Collaborate across teams and foster knowledge-sharing and best practices within the AWS AI/ML community.
- Guide customers in responsible AI frameworks, governance, compliance, and sustainable production deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on Data and Core AI/ML, deep learning, GenAI/LLMs, RAG systems and architecture, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems.
- Experience designing, leading, and implementing AI solution proofs of concept with customers.
- English-language written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep technical experience with large language model customization and fine-tuning, inference optimization, agentic frameworks, GenAIOps/AgentOps, security, RAG optimization, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
- Preferred knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
- Preferred experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders and clients.
- Preferred experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred proficiency with GenAI and agentic AI frameworks such as Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Strands Agents, and Kiro.
- AWS Certified Generative AI Developer - Professional certification or a similar certification from another cloud provider is preferred.
