Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, RAG-based, conversational AI, and AI agent solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and support RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, knowledge retrieval mechanisms, integrations, APIs, and automation components.
- Support the full AI solution lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Implement AI evaluation, validation, guardrails, hallucination checks, quality metrics, performance tuning, and operational readiness activities.
- Collaborate with architects, managers, engineers, data scientists, data engineers, application developers, project leads, and business stakeholders.
- Apply Responsible AI, data privacy, security, compliance, risk management, and performance practices to AI implementations.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, test results, solution walkthroughs, demos, estimates, and delivery status updates.
- Contribute reusable components, accelerators, implementation templates, and solution documentation for client engagements.
- Guide junior team members and participate in capability building across the AI practice.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of overall professional experience, including hands-on exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud-based AI platforms, or enterprise application development.
- Practical enterprise or client-facing experience contributing to AI, GenAI, Copilot, conversational AI, agentic AI, or RAG-based solutions; certifications, personal projects, and demos alone are insufficient.
- Experience with LLM application development, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI evaluation, APIs, cloud deployment, MLOps, or LLMOps in one or more areas.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and AI agents.
- Experience developing or supporting GenAI applications, copilots, chatbots, knowledge search solutions, AI agents, or automation workflows.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, vector databases, enterprise search, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.
- Ability to build or support retrieval pipelines, embeddings, prompt workflows, data ingestion, model integration, and application integration.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, hallucination checks, quality metrics, observability, security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
- Working knowledge of software engineering practices, cloud deployment, APIs, databases, version control, CI/CD, MLOps, or LLMOps concepts.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and performance-optimization skills.
