Base Salary
$162k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor.
- Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions for OpenAI products.
- Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
- Coordinate account-level activities across multiple workstreams.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps.
- Surface customer feedback and technical blockers to cross-functional teams.
- Guide value realization and measure impact through KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
- Identify opportunities for expansion of OpenAI's platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with healthcare or life-sciences organizations.
- Scientific or clinical training in a relevant field.
- Operational knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and APIs.
- Experience deploying technology in regulated enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare and life-sciences regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with coding languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Experience driving technical deployments in complex environments.
