Base Salary
$221k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack.
- Take responsibility for complex features and product areas from spec through delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to improve performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
- Engage with product and users to provide valuable input and feedback.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with a detail-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack capabilities.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, messaging queues, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with React, Python frameworks, PostgreSQL, and mobile app development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Experience in AI is preferred.
